POWERSTACK Redemption Promotion 2026
TERMS & CONDITIONS
To be eligible to claim one of only 750 units of the DCBP034-XJ DEWALT POWERSTACK Compact Battery or
one of only 650 units of DCBP318-XJ DEWALT POWERSTACK 3.5Ah Battery (“Redemption Product”) or one
of only 750 units of the DCBP518-XJ DEWALT POWERSTACK 5.0Ah Battery available under this redemption
promotion (the “Promotion”), participants must spend £200/ €230 or more* on any DEWALT POWERSTACK
Kitted Power Tool as new (and not second hand)(specific products only as detailed below) (each a
“Qualifying Product”) in one transaction on one receipt (“Qualifying Purchase”) on or between 06.07.2026
and 06.09.2026 (the “Qualifying Period”), from a Qualifying Retailer and, Participants must submit their
Claim to the Promoter, before 23:59:59 on 20.09.2026 (“Claim Deadline”), in accordance with the Claim
Process and these terms and conditions. All capitalised terms are defined below.
* Spend £200 or more, get a free POWERSTACK Compact Battery (DCBP034-XJ)
* Spend £350 or more, get a free POWERSTACK 3.5Ah Battery (DCBP318-XJ)
* Spend £500 or more, get a free POWERSTACK 5Ah Battery (DCBP518-XJ)
2. The limited number of 2150 units of the Redemption Product will be allocated to the first 2150 Valid
Claims (define below).
3. Participants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK or the Republic of Ireland, except for
employees and immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of
where they live) of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, their agents and anyone else associated with the
Promoter in connection with the Promotion (the “Participants”).
4. Qualifying Products must be purchased from a retailer in the UK or Republic of Ireland, except for the
Excluded Retailers (defined below) and, where the Qualifying Products have been supplied to such retailers
by the Promoter or Promoter’s authorised distributors in the UK or Republic of Ireland (please check with
your retailer for further information to avoid disappointment) (a “Qualifying Retailer”).
5. Purchases of Qualifying Products from private sellers on eBay (selling products as new or otherwise) and
third-party sellers on Amazon (ie not Amazon EU Sarl) whether fulfilled by Amazon or not (the “Excluded
Retailers”) are not eligible for this Promotion.
Claim Process
6. To make a claim, Participants must complete the online registration form available at
https://www.dewalt.eu/uk/powerstackredemption and complete the online claim form for this Promotion
(including name, address including postcode, email address and contact telephone number and Qualifying
Product details) and, upload a copy (JPG, JPEG, PNG and PDF are all acceptable) of their purchase receipt for
the Qualifying Purchase (which must include both the date of purchase and model number of the Qualifying
Product(s) purchased) (“Claim”).
