9. Cancellation of Order/Returns
Here at Tool Equip we pride ourselves on the top-quality products we supply and our excellent customer service. We understand that there are certain cases where you may need to cancel, return or exchange a good you have purchased. We are happy to accept items returned to us within 14 days of purchase for credit or refund, provided they are in the same state they were sold, in the original packaging, unopened and unused, we reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy. All refunds will be made on the same credit card or debit card (or other methods) that you made initial payment on only. Refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance/ex-display/sold-as-seen items/ special order/ non-stock items/spare parts or tool repairs. If any promotional items were included in the original sale and are not returned, the value or discount of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of items must be given in writing (Tool Equip Online Cancellation Form), you may cancel your order at any time before we dispatch it or prior to the expiry of 14 working days, from the date you receive your order, and you can choose whether to keep value in credit with us, or if you’d like it refunded. Cancellation prior to dispatch; we will refund/credit you the price of goods plus delivery if any. Cancellation of order after shipping, we will refund/credit you the price of goods only and you are responsible for the cost of returning them to us (or simply bring them into our Shop). Items must be returned in the condition they were received, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We cannot refund/credit you if items have been used, damaged or worn. Refunds/Credits will be processed as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt of returns.
Returns Under Warranty
Where faulty or damaged goods are returned to us under warranty, we reserve the right to carry out authorised repairs (in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty) and return the product to you at our expense, within a reasonable time (usually 10-21 days). If it’s deemed that the item is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the customer will be liable for the repair costs, which must be paid for, before goods can be returned. Replacement or Refunds will only be given in cases where the manufacturer’s repair of the product does not fix the problem, or where the tool is non-repairable, or nonviable to repair. To make a return please contact us in writing Tool Equip Online Cancellation Form, pack and label the item, and return it to our address at customers own risk and cost.
We cannot refund your purchase if the goods were non-stock items ordered in for you, were spare parts or a tool repair cost.
Return of Damaged Goods
It is recommended that you inspect all goods on receipt of delivery and refuse delivery if there is any noticeable damage to the packaging. Written confirmation is required of any items lost, missing or damaged as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours of delivery. Fill out our Tool Equip Online Cancellation Form and return it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Return of Wrong items received
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong products, call us on 045-875 556 or email email@example.com and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
