Monument MON2645 Plastic Pipe Cutter up to 42mm 2645T is easy to use has plastic coated handle sleeves. So, this is a very effective pipe cutter for cutting PVC, polythene, MDP, HEP20 and plastic overflow. Simply place the Monument 2645 over the pipe to be cut and gently twist while you depress the handles to get a good clean cut. Also, it will cut pipe and rubber hoses etc. as this tool has a patented blade shape for ease of cut and a ratchet action for ease of use.
