The RUBI TX-MAX range of professional manual tile cutters is designed for intensive cutting of ceramic, porcelain and extruded stoneware tiles. Built for demanding professional use, the TX-MAX combines high cutting power, excellent visibility and precise control for straight and angled cuts.

Featuring RUBI’s high-performance multi-point breaking system and rotating square, the TX-MAX makes it quick and easy to produce accurate angular cuts from 0° to 45°. It is particularly well suited to cutting porcelain stoneware tiles (AIa/BIa) and offers an impressive breaking power of up to 1,200 kg, making it suitable for tough and dense tile materials.

The TX-MAX range uses robust 30 mm diameter tubular steel guides, while the cutting head incorporates extra-long aluminium slides for increased strength and stability. This rigid construction is especially beneficial on larger models such as the TX-1020 MAX and TX-1250 MAX, where additional support and accuracy are essential when working with large-format tiles.

The scoring wheel is positioned forward on the cutting head to improve visibility during scoring and breaking. A removable anti-mark protector is also fitted to the breaker, helping protect delicate tile surfaces from scratches or marks.

The separator mechanism is designed for one-handed operation, using a ratchet and trigger system that allows the breaker to be locked and released quickly. This improves efficiency when working with both thin and thick materials. The TX-MAX can cut tiles from approximately 3 mm to 21 mm thick without the protector, and up to 19 mm with the anti-mark protector fitted.

Selected models, including the TX-710 MAX and TX-1020 MAX, feature articulated support arms that increase the working surface when cutting larger tiles. These work alongside the floating table system to provide improved support and stability.

Each RUBI TX-MAX manual tile cutter includes a side stop for measuring and repetitive cuts, making it easier to produce narrow strips and consistent dimensions. The range also includes 8 mm and 22 mm EXTREME scoring wheels and a durable carrying case.

All TX-MAX cutters are compatible with the full range of RUBI PLUS scoring wheels. The TX-1250 MAX also includes a transport handle and wheels, making it easier to move around the jobsite.
