The MINI DRYGRES PREMIUM kit is ideal for installing bathroom accessories and decorative elements on ceramic surfaces. It provides precision and efficiency for various drilling tasks.

This kit includes four drill bits in sizes Ø 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm (one of each), along with a drill adapter (ref. 05976) and a practical carrying case. These bits are suitable for drilling ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, marble, and granite.

To enhance durability, VACUUM BRAZED vacuum welding technology is used. This method improves resistance to temperature and friction, securing the diamond particles in the cutting area.

The DRYGRES PREMIUM drill bits are designed for dry cutting. Thanks to their M14 thread connection, they can be used directly with a grinder or a hammerless electric drill when paired with the drill adapter.

Regarding lifespan, the bits in this kit have an average life of 60 holes. However, the actual lifespan depends on factors such as material type, thickness, cooling, and proper use.

These drill bits offer a drilling depth of 30 mm, ensuring precise and clean cuts. Additionally, they contain internal wax, which melts during use. This process aids in cooling and debris removal.

Before starting a new hole, it is essential to check for any ceramic residue in the solidified wax. Even if the wax is depleted, the drill bit can still function. However, the complete loss of the diamond coating indicates that the drill bit has reached the end of its lifespan.

For optimal performance, the maximum operational speed is 14,000 r.p.m.. To achieve a smoother finish and extend the tool’s lifespan, it is recommended to maintain the correct rotation speed and use a slight orbital motion while drilling.
